Sultanbeyli - Müstakil Konut Generator Project

For a detached house in the Sultanbeyli district of Istanbul, we planned a dedicated backup power solution so that essential household loads such as lighting, appliances and heating could remain supplied during mains outages. After evaluating the home's daily usage needs and outage scenarios, a Berksan wheeled, open-frame portable generator that can be moved easily and started quickly was selected as the most suitable solution.

During the site survey, the operating spot, ventilation conditions and exhaust direction were assessed to determine a safe running area for the unit. Thanks to its protective tubular frame and lockable casters, the generator can be positioned easily on site; after delivery, the supply connections were carefully prepared through the 230 V single-phase and 400 V three-phase outlets on the control panel.

During commissioning, the generator was run under load while voltage and frequency values were checked on the digital multimeter, and the key-start system and circuit breaker protections were tested. With all checks and user training completed, the residents gained a reliable backup power source that keeps their daily life running even during grid outages.
