Personnel Manager

Headquarters

Full-Time

We are looking for a manager who will run recruitment, personnel records, training and performance processes end-to-end and bring the human resources policy of the Berksan Generator Family into the field.

Required Qualifications

Graduate of a relevant university department
At least 5 years of experience in human resources
Strong command of labor law and personnel regulations
Strong communication and team management skills
Advanced proficiency in MS Office and HR software

02Production & R&D

Mechanical Engineer

Factory / Field

Full-Time

We are looking for a mechanical engineer to take part in generator production, mechanical design verification and field commissioning processes — without compromising on technical detail.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
Experience with generators, engines or similar industrial equipment is preferred
Proficient in SolidWorks / AutoCAD
Able to read and interpret technical specifications
Class B driver's license, with no obstacle to traveling

We are looking for a detail-oriented and solution-driven secretary who will help us keep the senior management agenda, corporate communications and office flow running smoothly.

Required Qualifications

University graduate (Office Management is a plus)
At least 2 years of experience in secretarial or executive assistant roles
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Advanced proficiency in MS Office programs
Meticulous in planning, reporting and document follow-up
