Simerkom Elektronik Generator Project

For Simerkom Elektronik, a company operating in electronics, IT, textile automation and engineering services, we designed a backup power solution tailored to the facility's energy demands and continuity requirements. Protecting sensitive electronic equipment and automation systems from power interruptions was a key priority; after evaluating the company's load profile, a 200 kVA Berksan generator was identified as the most suitable option.

In the first phase, a detailed site survey was carried out at the facility in İstanbul, planning the building rooftop placement, the lifting route and the infrastructure connection points. The Ricardo-powered Berksan generator unit was safely hoisted onto the upper-level platform with crane support and positioned in the prepared installation area. Electrical, fuel and exhaust connections were completed meticulously in line with site conditions and safety standards.

Following installation, the generator was commissioned and subjected to load tests and functional checks, verifying transfer time and operating performance. As a result, Simerkom Elektronik gained a reliable, uninterrupted backup power source that keeps its operations running without disruption during any potential grid outage.
