Romanya Sevkiyatı Generator Project

For the Romanya Sevkiyatı project, Berksan designed a fully tailored standby power solution for the customer's facility abroad, where operations demand uninterrupted electrical continuity. The Berksan engineering team assessed the site's load profile and electrical infrastructure, selecting a 55 kVA generator as the most suitable rating to cover existing consumption while leaving headroom for future load growth.

The Berksan generator, equipped with a Kofo engine, was prepared in line with the placement point, cabling route, and mounting infrastructure determined during the site survey. After production, the unit was wrapped in protective film and palletized to export standards before being safely shipped to Romania, where the electrical connections, transfer panel, and exhaust/fuel lines were installed and integrated into the system.

During commissioning, on-load tests were carried out to verify the generator's automatic start-up timing, voltage, and frequency values. With all checks successfully completed, the Romanya Sevkiyatı customer gained a reliable standby power source that engages automatically during grid outages, ensuring uninterrupted operations.
