MYZ Life Yapı Emlak Generator Project

For MYZ Life Yapı Emlak, a real estate and construction company based in İstanbul, we designed a tailored backup power solution to safeguard the project's critical electrical loads. The work began with a detailed analysis of the facility's energy requirements and continuity expectations; this assessment led us to select the Ricardo-engined Berksan 55/200 kVA generator as the most suitable option for both current and future loads.

During the site survey, the technical room intended for the generator was inspected; ventilation, exhaust and cable routing were planned, and a proper mounting base was prepared. After the soundproof canopy unit was positioned in its designated location, the power and control connections, automatic transfer and grounding installations were carried out with precision. All connections were completed in accordance with standards, bringing the system to operational readiness.

In the commissioning phase, the generator was tested under load, and its automatic start-up timing and protection functions were verified. Following these checks, MYZ Life Yapı Emlak gained an infrastructure capable of delivering uninterrupted and reliable power even during outages, allowing its operations to continue seamlessly.
