His Promosyon Generator Project

For His Promosyon Ürünleri İthalat İhracat Ticaret Sanayi Limited Şirketi, a company manufacturing promotional products and carrying out import and export activities in Nevşehir, we designed a tailored backup power solution so that its production and trading processes would not be affected by mains outages. Since the printing and manufacturing machinery, warehouse equipment and facility lighting all have to be supplied at the same time, the load profile and growth expectations were evaluated and a 400 kVA Berksan silent-type generator was identified as the most suitable solution.

During the site survey, the placement area, exhaust routing, ventilation conditions and cable paths were evaluated to establish the layout plan. Once the sound-insulated unit with its cream-coloured canopy was delivered to site, the mechanical mounting, power cabling and automatic transfer switch (ATS) connections were completed with great care.

During commissioning, the generator was tested under load and its automatic start, load transfer and protection functions were verified. After all checks were successfully completed, the system was put into service in 2026, giving His Promosyon a reliable backup power source that allows its production and shipping operations to continue uninterrupted even during grid outages.
