For Ema3 Cafe ve Restoran, operating in İstanbul, we implemented a backup power solution tailored to the continuous energy needs of food and beverage businesses. The project began by determining the most suitable capacity, taking into account the venue's daily operational intensity, refrigeration equipment, kitchen systems, and lighting loads.

Following a detailed load analysis, a 35 kVA Berksan canopied generator with a Ricardo engine was selected to reliably supply the facility's critical consumers. During the site survey, the generator's placement, ventilation, exhaust, and cable routing were planned, and a suitable location adjacent to the building's exterior on a gravel surface was identified, with the necessary infrastructure and mounting base prepared.

In the installation phase, the electrical connections and automatic transfer system were commissioned so that the generator engages automatically whenever the grid supply is interrupted. After load testing and commissioning, the system was handed over flawlessly, giving Ema3 Cafe ve Restoran a dependable backup power infrastructure that ensures uninterrupted service to its guests even during power outages.
