Atlas Maden Generator Project

For Atlas Maden Ürün. İnş. San. ve Tic. A.Ş., based in İstanbul, Türkiye, we designed a dedicated standby power solution to protect the company's mining and industrial production operations from power interruptions. After a detailed analysis of the facility's load profile and critical equipment, a 110 kVA Berksan generator with a Perkins engine was identified as the most suitable choice.

During the site survey, the placement area, ventilation, exhaust routing and fuel supply infrastructure were inspected on location to prepare the installation plan. Once the sound-insulated canopy unit was positioned at the facility, the electrical connections, automatic transfer switch and grounding system were carefully completed, with all cabling and protection equipment prepared in line with industrial standards.

Following installation, the generator was thoroughly tested through load trials and commissioning. The system, which starts automatically during a mains outage, was successfully delivered, providing Atlas Maden's production and administrative processes with uninterrupted, reliable backup power.
