Ata Pano Otomasyon Generator Project

For Ata Pano Otomasyon, a company operating in the manufacturing of electrical panels and automation systems, a tailored backup power solution was designed for its facility in Istanbul. To keep production, assembly and testing processes safe from power outages, the plant's actual load requirement was analysed and 35 kVA was determined as the most suitable power rating.

During the site survey, the placement area, exhaust and ventilation conditions and the electrical infrastructure were examined, and the positioning of the Ricardo-engined, sound-attenuated Berksan generator was planned. The unit was shipped to the site, set in its designated location, and the main panel connections together with the automatic transfer switch (ATS) wiring were carefully completed.

After the installation and electrical connections were finalised, the generator was commissioned; load tests and grid-failure simulations verified its automatic start-up time and performance. As a result, Ata Pano Otomasyon was provided with a reliable and continuous backup power source that lets it sustain its operations without interruption during mains outages.
