Solution implemented on site
For Ares Salça, a food production company operating in Diyarbakır, Türkiye, we developed a dedicated standby power solution to safeguard the uninterrupted operation of its production line. Since power outages in tomato paste and food processing can cause production losses and hygiene risks, the site's power requirements were analyzed in detail.
Based on the facility's load profile and its continuity-critical equipment, a 55 kVA Berksan sound-attenuated generator set powered by a Ricardo engine was selected. Following the site survey, a suitable placement point was determined, and the foundation, exhaust, fuel and ventilation infrastructure were planned to prepare for safe installation of the unit.
During installation, the electrical panel, automatic transfer and power connections were carried out meticulously, after which the system was commissioned and tested under load. Once all inspections and functional tests were successfully completed, the system was handed over, providing Ares Salça's production operations with an uninterrupted and reliable backup power source.
